What Are You Reading?

The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck― Mark Manson

A Quote From The Book:

In my life, I have given a fuck about many people and many things. I have also not given a fuck about many people and many things. And like the road not taken, it was the fucks not given that made all the difference.”

― Mark Manson, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life

So what are you reading?

"Men need to hunt. She obviously understands this. She’s offering herself as prey. Not easy prey. But willing.”

I love to see that folks are still reading.

Re-reading The Forever War by Joe Haldeman.
“The most important fact about the war to most people was that if it ended suddenly, Earth’s economy would collapse.”

Just finished "Pachinko."

Now reading "War on Peace" by Woody and Mia's son Ronan Farrow at the request of a friend who wanted my opinion (more interesting than I expected since it turns out I knew some of the main actors).

In a few days I'll get back to a book about a place where I lived for three years, "South Korea at the Crossroads" Autonomy and Alliance in an era of Rival Powers, by Scott Snyder, "Preventative Engagement", how America can Avoid War, Stay Strong and Keep the Peace, by Paul Stares, a British colleague of mine for whom I'll probably write a short review, and "Magnificent Delusions", an Epic History of Misunderstandings, by former Pakistani Ambassador to the US Husain Haqqani.

"Tiger Woods" by Jeff Benedict is also on my list as soon as I can lay my hands on a copy.
